Till recently, social statistics used by government and higher education failed to acknowledge the increase in child
abuse and the lack of protection from predators, particularly male children.
Society has always acknowledge the fact that female children are victim of sexual abuse, while ignoring the plight
of male children. The most glaring example of this, is a document 200 years of male children victims to the
Catholic Church priests and the coverup.
Laws protecting children in the United States have tried to be a one law for all children, regardless of the facts.
Boys and girls are different, physically and mentally. Their predators are different and their traumas are different.
Research, texts used by higher education have either omitted information about child abuse or used misinformation,
in the wake of ineffective treatments and policy of protective services.
Even when reported, thousands of cases of severe child molestation have either been ignored or swept neatly under the
rug. CCPP is mandated to bring predators to their punishment and bring effective treatment to their victims.
College and universities have used incorrect date in the demographics and the treatment for rehabilitation. Actual
statistics have shown less than 10% of victims of severe physical or sexual abuse have received meaningful treatment.
If we are to continue as a country, we cannot ignore the severely traumatized victims that were never rehabilitated or
in most cases were merely ignored.
CCPP researches those areas of child abuse regardless to the predator or the victim, regardless their ethnicity or their
culture. All children deserve to be protected. It is the law, more than that it is the moral and decentcy any
people must base their society upon.
